Marking Her #1 Excerpt

She was never this late.
I was becoming agitated by the lack of common sense people had to pick up a goddamn phone. How hard could it be to let me know if you’re coming or not? There was just something about a person’s lack of punctuality that pissed me off. Not caring if I had shit to do or places to be was plain rude.
I was worked up to the point of walking out the damn door.
“Janice,” I called out into the now empty shop. She’d insisted – once the boy’s left – in staying behind to help me set up, not listening to my refusal. “Call Esther and reschedule. I’m beat and—”
“I’m here,” Esther yelled, rushing through the door. “Traffic was a bitch and I—”
“Save it and get in my chair before I kick you out,” I grumbled and rubbed my throbbing temples.
“But, I brought—”
“Now.”
“Is he always this rude?” a soft, feminine voice I didn’t recognize asked.
I looked up, and was startled by the sexy little thing that stood before me. She was young. Much younger than what I was normally attracted to; at the most this little nymph was twenty.
The beauty had black hair; wavy and tousled locks that swept down to the middle of her back, with side-swept bangs across her forehead. Her face was sweet, innocent, while her gray eyes spoke of mischief, and in my case, trouble. Lips, those fucking cherry-red lips, were plump and inviting—the perfect Cupid’s bow that begged to be nibbled.
I let my eyes traverse her short frame and my mouth watered. She truly was an itty-bitty thing. With my six-foot-four frame, I towered over her, dwarfing her delicate one.
My feet carried me closer to where she stood, next to Esther in the receptionist area. I wanted her laid on that black marble top so I could feast on her. The drought I’d been on as of late might have been making me desperate...then again, looking at her was making something within me want to just take, consequences be damned.
We watched each other; she followed my every move and I, her every breath.
My eyes dropped from her perfect face to hungrily devour her chest and a shiver ran down my spine.  The two pert, no bigger than a handful breasts, sat high on her chest. She wore a simple camisole that did little to hide her obvious happiness to meet me.
My cock twitched as her nips puckered.
I continued my assessment and found my hands clenching the second her narrow waist and flared hips came into view. My nails dug grooves into the palms of my hands, the slight pinch keeping me in check. The desire to pull her closer, grab onto her flesh, and leave my prints behind was almost unbearable.
She was a slim petite thing, with the sexiest pair of legs my eyes had ever seen; they were bare for my enjoyment. A tiny pair of denim shorts barely covered her lower region, marking every groove and molding onto her sinful flesh as if they were a part of her.
I was hard.
“Wow,” a voice coughed to my right, pulling my eyes away from Bitty.
“What—”
“You can say ‘thank you’ for my gift now and eye fuck her later.” Esther laughed while Bitty turned red around the cheeks.
This cute little thing blushes?
“Talan, it’s getting late,” Janice interrupted suddenly, “and we have plans.”
“I’m sorry,” Bitty spoke up, turning to Esther, “maybe we should come ba—”
“No.” The word popped out before I could think to stop them.
“Yes.” My glare cut off Janice before she could continue, eliciting a chastised look from her. Who the hell did she think she was to be so rude and hostile toward my client and someone who, I hoped, would soon be my friend?
“Enough, Janice.” I let the words come out encased in a low, warning growl before turning toward the two women with raised brows. “You two head on back.” Bitty went to protest at my command, but instead bit her lip, causing me to groan. Fuck, I need to get this situation under control. “Esther, you know the drill; lose the shirt and get comfy. Bitty, I want—”
Bitty crossed her arms, scowling adorably. “Who you calling ‘Bitty’?”
“You, sweet thing, now quit interrupting me.”

After officially starting a relationship, he is now having trouble managing Maya—a woman who consumes every part of his being and owns his heart. His need to control her and everything around her drives Maya insane, but he has good reason. After all, Janice is still lurking around and she has a vendetta against his Bitty.
In no time Talan wants more, and it’s faster than Maya can handle; things begin to get complicated.

Months of frustration and want take them for a ride neither wanted, but now yearn for. Will they make it through the turbulence? And if so, at what cost?

Marking Him #2 Excerpt:

“Bet my fucking life on it.” Talan groaned; his eyes zeroed in on my fingers parting my pussy lips. “There’s nothing sexier than watching you lose control. Back arched, eyes rolled into the back of your head … having your pussy walls locked down around my dick. It’s a beautiful pain.”
“Then why aren’t you taking me—taking what’s yours?”
"Because I have a goddamned appointment, who’s going to walk through that door and see you naked and waiting. Fuck.” His hands punched the door. “Get dressed, babe, please.”
“Baby, look around. Tell me if anything stands out.” Poor man, he hadn’t noticed the reality of this situation.
“Other than my fantasy of you, naked and in my chair becoming a reality?” Talan smirked; his eyes roamed my body from head to toe. “No. Not a damn thing.”
Dear God, how much more obvious could this be? “You really are dense.”
“What the he—”
I interrupted him before he fucked up this evening. “What part of Merry Christmas didn’t you understand?”
Talan’s eyes brightened. He got it. “You mean?” I nodded and smiled. “Fuck yes.”
“How? Esther booked . . .” he trailed off. It wasn’t hard to understand.
“I’ve wanted to do this for so long. Since that night you showed me my design all those months ago.”
Talan’s eyes softened at this. “So you waited for Christmas?”
“It felt like the right time. Special.”
“Thank you.” He breathed and pushed himself off the door frame. It still wasn’t close enough. “Are you sure you want this? My mark?”
“More than anything.” Staring up into his eyes, I took a deep breath and continued. “Wearing your mark, a peace of your ownership, will be an honor. I love you.”
Like a magnet finding his polar opposite, he launched himself at me. His arms grabbed onto my waist and pulled me toward the very edge of his chair. The file which had been placed at the end of his chair, fell to the floor, and scattered around his feet.
He hovered over me, caging me in, making me feel small and safe.
“Your beauty leaves me breathless.” Talan moaned. My legs wrapped around his waist and held him against me. Hard cock to needy pussy. “No one will ever love you harder than me. So complete, and with every fiber of what makes him a man. You doing this, for me … no fucking words could describe what I feel. Thank you.”
“I was meant to be yours; it’s only fitting that I bear your imprint. Love you.” His hungry lips were on mine the moment the last syllable left my lips. It was rough, passionate. His tongue sought out mine, entwined with it, and savored my taste.

Suzanne Enoch - Samantha Jellicoe series

As promised i wanted to share with you a series that i love. It was the first series of books i ever read more than once. Since then the only other series that i have don't that with is the 50 shades and Crossfire series.

Don't get me wrong this series is not as hard core as those two are but at the time i was only reading Mills and Boons books and these were a bit different.

I think i bought the first book second hand at a market stall and then had to read the rest. Much to my disgust the library only had one or two of them so i turned to trusty Ebay for help. Now i never pay more than a doller or two for  a second hand book but i was so hooked i paid $20 to get the rest of the series. It was sooooo worth it

So what is the series about i hear you ask?  The series is about a world class thief named Samantha Jellicoe. She was raised by her Dad who was also a thief. She doesn't mind taking things from the wealthy to help her retirement fund. She loves the rush of taking things, of getting past security and also about getting to handle such prized antiques. She studies them and on the side advises museums.

One night during a job Sam bumps, literally into millionaire Richard Addison. Don't roll your eyes he isn't a really snobby millionaire, her is quite down to earth considering he has a British titles and all. Sam saves his life and Richard is captivated.

Now i don't want to give too much away but together they work out who tried to kill Richard and Sam that first night they met and fall for each other along the way. As you can imagine a millionaire with a house load of expensive antiques and a thief, their relationships have lots of ups and downs and trust issues. Also Richard is usually in charge but Sam refuses to bow to his demands. After years of doing things her way she finds it hard to give up control.

This book Is a great start to the series and you will be hooked. I have to say book two for me was the weakest link. It is set in New York and Sam is trying to adjust to Richards lifestyle but there were parts they it's hard to explain but kind of boring. If you can hold oto to book three though it picks up and gets better and better. I have seen lots of people on Suzanne Enoch's website asking for another book, and if i'm honest i did too. I'm not sure how i would enjoy this series if i picked it up for the first time now after reading some pretty
smutty stuff, haha, but i'd like to think it would hold it's own. I'd suggest if you were just hanging around the house looking for a fun series to start, then this could be for ou.
Happy Reading

A must read. - Jake Understood.

I am off to buy this right now. I read Jake Undone a few months ago and it was a 5 star read. You know if you are a fan on some book sights they ask you what was your last 5 star read and for a long time it was Jake Undone. Penelope Ward writes about issues that you don't usually see in "romance" books. There is such a realness about her characters and situations that makes me feel their pain. I am very very excited by this new release. It is Jake's story from his point of view. I suggest if you haven't checked Jake Undone out then you get straight to it and follow it with Jake Understood, i can't wait to read it today. Follow it up with My Skylah. The characters from Jake Undone pop over into that book too and to  be honest My Skylah is actually even more heartbreaking than Jake Undone.

Here is a taste for Jake Understood.

A different side to the story: Jake’s side.

“We’re getting a new roommate,”
they said.

I thought nothing of it...until she walked in the door. Her hand trembled in mine as she looked at me with fearful eyes. My entire world spun on its axis.

Nina...

It was a mismatch made in heaven: innocent girl from the boonies moves in with tattooed, pierced, badboy engineer.

I came up with a bet, a plan to tutor her in math and coach her through her phobias. What I wasn’t betting on was becoming addicted to her.

But I was living a double life on weekends, and once she found out about it, she’d be gone.

I had to protect myself and that meant one thing: I couldn’t fall in love.

In Jake Understood, pivotal scenes from Jake Undone are retold from Jake’s point of view combined with all-new material from both the past and present time where Jake Undone left off. It can stand alone but if both books are read, should follow Jake Undone. Contains graphic sexual content and harsh language. It is only appropriate for adult readers age 18+.

No need to add this picture other than it's pretty hot.

Cover Reveal - Six Years by Stephanie Witter

Looking for you new hot read. I Can't wait for this one to be released June 9th.
Blurb:

They hadnt seen each other in six years.

Shed always had a crush on him.

He'd only ever seen her like a little sister.

And now...hes back

Brooklyn
I thought that he was a part of a distant past. I thought I didnt feel anything for him now, but I was not so sure anymore. Having him back in my life, for however long it was, was making me see things differently. So many things had changed in the last six years and somehow Id lost myself and forgotten all about my dreams.
My home life was still a mess, my personal life was nothing to boast about and when I see how successful he is, how everything hed always wanted came true, I couldn't help but feel lacking in a lot of ways. But hes back and he needed me. I knew I was the only one who understood that part of his life, the only one hes willing to share it with. My heart is still beating too hard and too fast for him and this time around, I was as much an adult as he was.
Having a six year age gap didn't mean shit.

Nolan

Being back in Riverdale was harder than I thought. Id turned my back on that life, but there had always been that one girl in my head. Little B. Now shes nothing like the twelve year old girl Id last seen. Shes a young woman, gorgeous and sexy. I couldn't stay away. Theres something drawing me to her and it goes beyond my need to reconnect with her, to have her back in my life and fill the hollow part of my chest. But I couldn't forget the little girl she had been; I shouldnt forget the little girl she used to be.

Growing up with a junkie mother and nobody else, my neighbor, Brooklyn, had been my only happy place. I had taken care of her, and when I had left, I had to leave behind a huge part of me. I couldn't do it again. I needed her. Once again, shes the only person I want in my life, but I wasnt sure if it was for all the right reasons.
Were there too many obstacles in the way?

I Wish my neighbour had been like Nolan. Yum!

POSSESSED RELEASE by Coco Cadence

Synopsis:

My boss is an asshole.
I’d take off my heels and throw them at his face if they weren’t so expensive.

Why? Because my boss, the sexy, billionaire bad boy Leo King, wants me to be his wife.

That’s right. His wife. Except, it isn’t real. It’s all pretend so his family believes it, and I’m supposed to go along with it.

Asshole doesn’t even begin to describe him, and it’s only going to get worse. Especially because his cocky attitude and sudden interest in my private life make it difficult to concentrate on something other than his sexual innuendos. I always do what he wants, and we both know it. It’s not like I have a choice. Agree or get fired.

I’m going to need a drink … Or twenty.

Ready for a sneaky peak????

Excerpt:
C’mon in. I want to see what you bought,” he says, winking.
I lick my lips, suddenly very aware of this dress plastered around my curvy body. Gathering some courage, I step further inside. His eyes skim me, starting at the bottom all the way to the top, slowly taking me in. He’s taking his time sucking up this image of me, which makes me wonder what in the hell is going through his head.
“Is it any good?” I ask, focusing on the dress instead of his eyes eye-fucking me.
“Oh …” he grunts. He seriously grunts. “Yes.”
I stare at him with raised eyebrows, not able to utter a single word.
“Close the door behind you,” he says.
I do as he says, but then when I turn my head back to him, he’s right in front of me. Instinctively, I take a step back, but I’m already against the door, and there’s no way out.
“It’s more than just ‘good’ …” he murmurs, licking his lips.
Oh Jesus, why did I look at his lips?
“You look like someone who should have dressed like this way long ago.”
My lips quiver. They never quiver. Goddammit, Sam, get your act together!
“And what’s that supposed to mean?” I say, swallowing away the lump in my throat.
He keeps inching closer. I keep trying to push further back into this door, but unfortunately, it’s not made of rubber.
His voice turns raw, laden with testosterone. “It means I think you look … sexy.”
Oh my god, I think I just died.
“Don’t look so surprised.” A smirk appears on his face. “Just because I’m an asshole, doesn’t mean I’m not a man.”
“I never thought you’d–”
“What? That I could ever think a woman like you is sexy?”
“I didn’t say that …”
“No, just you. I know what you’re thinking.” He takes a pluck of my hair and tucks it behind my ear. It feels like I’m dreaming, and I’m almost tempted to pinch my arm just to prove to myself that I am.
“Contrary to what you may think of me, you know nothing about my tastes,” he muses. “And my taste right now is you.”
My lips part. “W-What?”
“Oh, it’s purely for professional reasons, Miss Webber. If we’re to make a convincing couple, we’d have to kiss some time.”
