JARED
If I had a dollar for every time Banner Morales made my heart skip a beat...
The heart everyone assumes is frozen over.
Her anger is...arousing.
Every glare from those fire-spitting eyes, every time she grits her teeth,
gets me...well, you know.
If I had a dollar for every time she's put me in my place, I'd be an even richer man.
I'm a successful sports agent because I assume "no" means you'll think about it.
I'm sure what you meant to say is "Coming right up.”
They say even rich men don't always get what they want,
but those men don't know how to play the game. The trick is to keep them guessing.
Take Banner. She assumes she's winning, but this game?
She doesn't even know how to play.

BANNER
If I had a dollar for every time Jared Foster broke my heart, I’d have exactly one dollar.
One night. One epic fail. One dollar...and I'm out.
I've moved on.
I’ve found success in a field ruled by men.
Anything they can do, I have done better.
They can keep the field while I call the shots, blocking them when I have to.
And Jared has the nerve to think he gets a second chance?
Boy, please. Go sit down. Have several seats.
I'll just be over here ignoring the man carved from my fantasies with a lust-tipped chisel.
Oh, I didn't say the struggle wasn't real.
But I've got that one dollar, and Jared won't have me.

Piper Rayne Blue Collar Brother

Crushing on the Cop - RELEASE DAY - OCTOBER 25th!  Cristian Bianco has two things against him—he’s a police officer and he’s a police officer in the 18th District…meaning my dad is his boss. Growing up as the Commander’s daughter and having his magnifying glass focused on everything I did was more than I could handle. Now, I’m out on my own, living by my own rules. Well, mostly. The ‘job’ I created for myself has me in some hot water and my exit strategy isn’t exactly working out how I’d hoped. Which is why when my best friend bids on Cristian for me at a charity bachelor auction, I’m not having it. A man in blue is only going to be one thing for me—a problem. Except after his brother starts dating my best friend he becomes harder to ignore. The eight-pack abs. The sense of style only a girl like me can appreciate. The way he puts his family first. It all adds up to make him one irresistible prospect and has me wondering if he knows how to use those handcuffs the right way—by locking my wrists to his headboard. ADD TO GOODREADS

The heat that’s simmered between us for a decade ignites and I’m not sure even Luca will be able to kickstart my heart after I call code blue. What’s that saying? Love is blind? Not true. Why Her - Rie Warren

Title: Why HER?
Series: Mistaken Identities #2
Author: Rie Warren
Genre: May/December Romance
Release Date: August 20, 2018
If you believe in second chances . . .
All I did was dance with her at a bar. Just once.
Then this undeniably gorgeous party girl, Stevie, turns up at my house, the contractor in charge of my remodel.
Ha!
How am I supposed to take her seriously?
The problem is she’s excellent at her job, which aggravates me even more.
She’s changing my house, changing my life, and my animal urge to protect and possess her feels like a betrayal to my deceased wife.
She’s absolutely unsuitable.
He’s uptight, f*** hot, and there’s no way she can compete with the ghost of his wife.
A book full of filthy sex and beautiful tortured romance. Why Her? is a standalone novel with a tear-worthy HEA, no cheating, no cliffhangers, just all yes. Keep the fan handy, you’ll need it.
I’D RUSHED OUT IN such a hurry after almost kissing Kane again that I’d gotten all the way home before I realized I’d forgotten my laser level at his house. It wasn’t one hundred percent necessary I retrieve it tonight, but my dad’s rules were nailed into my head, and number one above all was his creed to treat your tools like your job depended on it.
Kane’s cool as fuck Mercedes was in the driveway, and I thought about knocking, but he’d already scolded me a few times about that, so I slipped inside and headed toward the kitchen where I’d last seen the digital level.
“Fuck, Stevie.” Kane’s deep voice stopped me dead in my tracks.
I thought he’d heard me enter the house, and I was just about to jump around the corner of the living room to explain I’d forgotten my level when he growled out, “Suck my cock.”
Ohhhhh.
Oh my God.
Heat flushed my body in an instant. With a hand covering my mouth, I tiptoed through the entryway and peeked into the living room.
Oh my fucking God.
Kane sat in a large leather chair, head thrown back.
Tie askew.
Shirt unbuttoned.
Sculpted tanned chest covered in soft-looking sooty-colored hair that arrowed to a thin line along his abdominals before . . .
Pants open, and Oh. My. God. COCK.
Oh Jesus Christ.
Kane was hung.
He gripped a fat, furiously hard dick in one large hand, pulling up on the veined beast until his knuckles butted the head. A large head that was dark and swollen and slick.
Mouthwatering.
Not to mention the pure filth pouring from his mouth.
“Take it deeper, baby,” Kane ordered the me he clearly fantasized about, and I imagined crawling up to him, taking that incredibly hard cock all the way into my throat.
I bit down on my lip, straining to go to him, knowing I shouldn’t watch him.
Helpless to do anything but.
Arousal skittered to my pussy in a flash. Liquid seeped from my cunt. Swollen nipples puckered beneath my bra. I wanted to slip a hand between my thighs to relieve the tingling ache as goose bumps erupted across my flesh.
Wet sounds echoed from Kane’s long slow strokes. More precum poured out and his whole cock glistened with each snick snick snick.
Kane Bishop.
Suave. Distinguished. And absolutely dirty.
His grip tightened at the thick base, and his other hand trailed lightly up and over the long length, fingers swirling across the tip then cruising back down faster.
Until he drew his hands away to clench the arms of the chair, a grunt parting his lips.
“Don’t wanna come to soon.”
I couldn’t move. The slick lips of my pussy rubbed together. Wiggling a little, I tried not to make a sound even though a whimper crawled up my throat.
He was magnificent when he went back to pumping his cock in a two-fisted hold that started out loose at the root then closed over the swelling purplish head.
Large hands.
Probably hot hands.
Rough hands that had barely grazed my breasts earlier.
“Yes. Lick my balls.” He lifted the weighty-looking sac and ran a thumb down the center, separating each testicle.

I covered my mouth with a hand, almost crying out with lurid need.

My Review

I have to start off by saying I'm not sure how fair my 4* review is because I am coming off a major book hangover and book boyfriend crush on Why Him and the sexy as hell Jude. So as much as I really liked Kane he just couldn't compare to Jude.

In saying all that I really liked this book and the combination of Stevie the younger girl who has a few issues but is strong and talented meeting the very lovely older Kane. Kane had a few issues of his own that needed working through and Stevie was just the girl to help him with that.
Rie Warren seem to know just how to write a story that for me has a great balance of steamy scenes, romance and emotional moments that tug at your heart strings. I am really enjoying this Mistaken Identities series.

Unwritten Law - Eden Finley - cover reveal

Release Date: September 5, 2018
Cover Design: Angsty G

Synopsis

Being an identical twin doesn’t come without issues.
No one can tell us apart, not even our parents sometimes. We don’t usually use that to our advantage, but it comes in handy when my brother needs help breaking up with his boyfriends—which happens more than I’d care to admit. I know it’s enabling him, but I can’t say no to Anders. I will do anything for my twin. The breakups always go the same; they’re swift and simple. Until Reed. He’s everything I've fantasised about but never allowed myself to have. When I give in to temptation and begin to freak out, it’s not because he’s a guy. It’s because he thinks I’m my brother, and I can’t bring myself to tell him the truth.

Excerpt

LAWSON
I’m going to come clean. That’s the plan as I enter Reed’s building and head up to the second floor. I’ll lay it all out there and tell him everything:
I was the one he hooked up with.
It’s me he’s been texting.
I’m not straight. I’m bi.
I want no strings attached sex with him while I figure this whole thing out.
I am not my brother and never have been …
But then he’s going to ask why, and the only response I’ll have is because of reasons I can’t say. Fuck. This isn’t going to work. He’ll want to know why I was the one who turned up for their date and not Anders. I won’t betray my brother like that.
Oh, so pretending to be him is okay, but telling someone Anders was almost killed is crossing a line?
“Shit,” I hiss under my breath and lean against Reed’s doorjamb.
Damn, hardwood floors and long corridors make noise travel. Before I know it, and before I have time to retreat, Reed’s door flies open.
There he stands, wearing a lime-green polo shirt and jeans, looking hot enough to fuck, and my mouth decides it’s not time to cooperate.
Tell him.
Reed steps forward and yanks me into his apartment, closing the door with a slam. Fisting my shirt, he pulls me against him. For a small window, I think he knows it’s me and not Anders. It’s as if all the things I need to say are understood without me having to open my mouth. Wishful thinking, obviously, because when he closes his mouth over mine, I’m no longer able to tell him anything. And when he murmurs, “Thank fuck, you changed your mind,” I know my delusion isn’t real. He still thinks I’m Anders, and I’m going to let him continue to think it.
I’ve never understood people who cheat on a partner until now. While this isn’t cheating, it is wrong, and I thought my conscience would be yelling at me to stop. Never have I been able to turn off that side of my brain, but as Reed’s tongue pushes into my mouth, there’s nothing but him and me and the promise of everything I’ve wanted for as long as I can remember.
With women, I’ve always been the dominant one—the one in control—but right now, I’m ready to throw every ounce of restraint out the window. Reed can take it all.
“I want you to fuck me,” he says against my lips.
The command has my balls tightening. “O-okay.” I sound unsure—too unsure.
Reed pulls back. “You down for that? I mean, I could go either way if you prefer … I’m an equal opportunist.” He winks.
I grab his hips and bring him against me, determined not to let this opportunity pass me by because of nerves. “I want to fuck you, but you have to do something for me.”
“What’s that?” Reed smirks.
“I need you to tell me exactly what you like.”
He leans in, his smile never wavering, and whispers, “Everything.”
“Get specific. Tell me what you want me to do. And use your teacher voice.”
“You have a teacher fantasy?” Reed’s eyes glimmer.
“If I do?” I don’t really, but this could be a fun way to learn a few tricks. And if Reed finds it weird that Anders has a teacher fetish when his twin brother is one, he doesn’t say anything. Thankfully.
“You better get to work by undressing me.” Reed’s voice is exactly what I want. Rough, confident, and so damn hot.
I reach for the hem of his shirt, but before I can lift it off him, he stops me.
“Slowly.”
I grin. I could so get into this game.
